Doesn't it make sense then to care for each other and ourselves? To encourage growth and wellness as individuals and as the Whole? To realize that we are part of a Great Family, bound together by eyes, ears, hands, earth, air, fire, spirit?

Speak them outloud and in your heart. Feel the rhythm of the words, the tune of the sounds and within each line, the heartbeat of the Universe -- within them, within us, within all things.
