Currently,
OWS is operated primarily by one individual,
Jeffry Blake Johnson. But, as time progresses and needs
increase others will be brought on board. Jeffry has been designing and building
web pages since 1997.
He began his web work with his
own
site, but soon was asked to take on the pages at the church
where he worked as a musician.
In 1999, the site he maintained for
East Liberty Presbyterian
Church was recognized in the New York Times as a significant
non-commercial site of high caliber.
It was reported that many people
were drawn into participation
with the Church community from spending time within the web site.
It is Jeffry's hope
that, with all his clients, he is able to form web presentations
that help visitors not only learn about what the client creates or
how they serve, but who the client is.
In August of 2000, Jeffry was awarded the certificate of Web
Author as part of the Webmaster program at the University of
Pittsburgh's Computer Learning
Center. Training History.
Jeffry is a natural teacher. With large and small groups and
individuals, Jeffry knows how to present material to
students in a variety of ways that will appeal to a wide range of
learning styles. back to
